Season tickets are physical passes. Once purchased, they can be picked up at the information desk inside the Rochester Ice Center. Please pick up your ticket between 9am – 5pm or email kcannillo@rochesterjramerks.com for an arranged pickup. Click the graphic below and it will direct you to our online checkout page.

How do I purchase season tickets?

What are the benefits of season tickets?  

With season tickets, the price per game is $5.35 compared to $7 without. It truly is the best deal in town. Season ticket holders can quickly be checked and won’t have to wait in line to purchase tickets on game day. They also might have access to discounted merchandise and other benefits (TBD). 

Once I purchase season tickets, where do I pick them up?  

Season tickets are physical passes attached to lanyards. Once purchased, we will process the order and place them at the Rochester Ice Center information desk. Email kcannillo@rochesterjramerks.com for an arranged pickup. Please allow a few business days before picking up your order. If you need them sooner, please email kcannillo@rochesterjramerks.com. 

If I can’t make it to a game, can I hand my season ticket to someone else?  

Yes you can. Season tickets are physical passes so you’ll need to retrieve the pass from your family member or friend. 

What if I lose my season ticket pass?  

It is highly encouraged you keep your season ticket pass in a place you remember however, if you lose them, please contact kcannillo@rochestericecenter.com.

I am a billet family… do I need season tickets?  

Nope! As part of housing a player, all members of the household family will be granted season tickets. These will be separate passes that read “billet family”.
